“We have all heard our share of horror stories when it comes to A&A and reconstruction projects, but clearly that was not the case for us.”
The Tan Family · GCB, Holland

They went on to say the team did everything they could to minimise the disruption to their lives while crafting a design they will enjoy for years — and that more referrals are waiting.

“They paid careful attention to our detailed specific requests, which we had to be quite fussy about, due to the fengshui positioning for our kids’ study table.”
John & Elaine · Sentosa Cove

A previous contractor had missed the finishing touches they specified. CoreBuild did not.

How a build runs.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We sit down with you to understand the brief, the constraints and the budget before anything is drawn.

  2. 02

    Conceptual design

Our architects and designers turn the brief into concepts. Your feedback shapes the direction, not just the finishes.

  3. 03

    Detailed design & permits

Structural, electrical and plumbing drawings are produced, and we liaise with the authorities on the submissions.

  4. 04

    Budget & cost estimation

A full cost breakdown covering materials, labour and preliminaries, for you to approve before we break ground.

  5. 05

    Contract & construction

We build. You get one point of contact, an agreed programme, and a site you are welcome on.

Questions we get asked.

What kind of projects does CoreBuild take on?

Residential and commercial construction, additions and alterations, interior fit-outs, and maintenance — for landed properties and high-rise buildings alike.

How does the Design and Build process work?

Design and construction run as one contract instead of two. That means collaborative planning, designers who stay involved on site, and a single point of accountability.

Why use a Design and Build contractor?

Fewer handoffs. Shorter programmes, tighter cost control, and one person answerable for both the drawing and the build.

How is quality and safety handled?

We work to the local building codes and safety regulations, train our staff regularly, and run quality control on materials and workmanship throughout.

What should I think about before starting a renovation?

Scope, budget, timeline and the outcome you actually want. Be clear with your contractor early, and plan for the temporary disruption an active site brings.

Do you provide maintenance after handover?

Yes — routine upkeep, repairs and upgrades, so the property keeps working the way it did on day one.
